Reporting to the Vice President of Real Estate Operations, the Properties Repair and Maintenance Facilitator is primarily responsible for obtaining, assessing and reviewing repair and maintenance requests submitted by store managers and arranging for repairs through the appropriate vendor within spending guidelines. You will manage the repair process and ensure maintenance and repairs are completed in an efficient and timely manner while achieving the most competitive quotes. Assessing if the repair and maintenance request is the companies responsibility, the landlords responsibility or an insurance claim is also important. All repairs authorized will go through the defined company spending policies and procedures.
