About The Position

The Repack Personnel is responsible for organizing, repackaging, logging, and restocking sellable products while safely and accurately disposing of unsellable or expired inventory. This position supports warehouse efficiency, cleanliness, and product quality standards. The role requires strong attention to detail, physical stamina, and adherence to inventory and safety protocols.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and with a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to maintain organization and cleanliness in work areas.
  • Basic documentation or recordkeeping skills.
  • Reliable, punctual, and safety conscious.
  • Frequent walking, standing, stooping, bending, twisting, and reaching.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds consistently.
  • Manual dexterity for handling tools, materials, and repackaging tasks.
  • Tolerance for working in warehouse conditions including variable temperatures and noise levels.
  • Must wear personal protective equipment (PPE) as required by company policies.

  • Previous warehouse, packaging, or inventory experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Inspect, sort, and separate breakage or returned product from both warehouse and delivery operations.
  • Identify sellable vs. non-sellable product and process accordingly.
  • Repack approved products using appropriate materials, ensuring packaging meets company and supplier standards.
  • Glue, stack, and label repackaged boxes properly for reintegration into warehouse inventory.
  • Place repacked products in designated pick locations accurately and efficiently.
  • Identify and dispose of expired, damaged, or otherwise non-sellable product according to company policy and safety standards.
  • Maintain daily logs of repacked and disposed products; submit documentation to Inventory Specialist at end of each shift.
  • Assist in maintaining cleanliness and order within the warehouse and repack area.
  • Operate floor scrubber or other cleaning equipment per schedule set by management.
  • Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and equipment handling guidelines.
