About The Position

The Repack Worker is responsible for repacking products, assembling displays, labeling items, and preparing pallets according to work orders. It ensures all products meet quality standards, maintains a clean and safe work environment, and properly handles defective products for disposal or recycling. This position will require transfer to our Middlefield, Ohio location within the next 3 - 6 months.

Can lift up to 50 lbs unassisted
Bend, reach, push, pull frequently
Stand continuously throughout shift
Climb up and down a safety ladder

Responsibilities

Break down full pallets of product into smaller quantities and repack per work order
Build and label boxes
Build skids of repacked product
Build mixed product pallets
Build customer displays
Shrink wrap skids and displays
Some product assembly
Add labels and UPCs to product as required
Scrape flash from finished product
Clean any grease or dirt from product
Review and sign off on spec sheets and work orders
Maintain safe and clean work environment by keeping workstations and surrounding areas neat and free of debris and trash
Ensure product meets company quality standards
Place out of quality product in correct locations for proper recycling or disposal
