About The Position

This role involves cleaning, labeling, and repacking products for resale while ensuring quality standards are met. The job requires opening containers, cleaning products, assembling cartons, and loading/unloading products onto pallets, racks, and shelves. Responsibilities also include conveying products to designated areas, attaching date labels, stacking products, and cleaning the work area. The position is in a temperature-controlled indoor environment with moderate noise levels and offers a flexible work schedule.

Requirements

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Ability to stand and reach with hands and arms.
Ability to walk and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
Ability to communicate with others.
Ability to regularly lift and/or move up to 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

Opens containers.
Cleans product prior to repacking.
Assembles cartons to contain repacked products.
Loads and unloads product onto or from pallets, racks, and shelves by hand.
Conveys product from storage or work sites to designated area.
Conveys load to destination with 2-wheeler or signals fork-lift operators to move load to destination.
Counts and records number of products destroyed.
Attaches identifying date labels to product containers.
Stacks or assembles products.
Cleans work area.
