About The Position

We are hiring Repack Associates to support daily warehouse operations in a fast-paced distribution environment. Training is provided. This role offers entry-level growth opportunities and stable work with an established, recognized, and long-standing company.

Requirements

• No experience required.
• Regularly lift up to 20 lbs and 40-50 lbs occasionally.
• Stand/sit for long periods of time in a warehouse setting.
• Be dependable and reliable to work Monday through Friday for the assigned shift.
• Pass a background check.
• Specific vision abilities required: Close vision, Distance vision, Peripheral vision, Depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
• Regularly use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms, and talk or hear.
• Frequently stand and walk.
• Occasionally sit, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.

Responsibilities

• Manually pack, repack, or rewrap merchandise, or prepare products for shipment.
• Check items for damage.
• Apply labels.
• Repack and relabel inventory.
• Stock and organize shelves.
• Assist with picking and staging.
• Maintain a clean workspace.
• Follow SOPs and safety procedures.
