About The Position

Repack Operator is responsible for operating repack equipment, inspecting finished products, and ensuring accurate packaging of products in compliance with food safety, quality, and production standards.

Requirements

Experience in operating packing machinery or any machine, preferably in a food processing environment.
Knowledge of safety protocols and quality standards in food packaging.
Attention to detail to ensure proper packaging and labeling.
Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderately heavy items.
Ability to work in both warm or cold and/or refrigerated environment.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and regulated environment.
Ability to read, write and communicate in English with strong verbal communication skills.

Nice To Haves

Knowledge of Spanish is helpful, but not required.

Responsibilities

Operate repacking machines and related equipment safely and efficiently.
Perform product checks for weight, labeling, code dates, seals, and overall package integrity.
Record production data, downtime, and quality checks accurately.
Supply materials (film, labels, boxes) and verify correct packaging specifications.
Inspect product for foreign material, temperature compliance, and company standards.
Follow all GMPs, sanitation, and allergen control procedures.
Report equipment issues, product deviations, or safety concerns immediately.
Assist with line changeovers, cleaning, and basic equipment adjustments.
Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe work area.
Support daily production goals and work closely with QA and maintenance teams.
Other duties as assigned.
