Grinder Operator - 1st Shift
About The Position
Responsibilities: Adhere to company policies and procedures, including Safety, Quality, and EMS Follow standardized work instructions Observe general and specific safety rules Maintain the cleanliness of the work area and contribute to the overall orderliness of the plant Responsible for checking mechanical safety when operating grinder Responsible for removal and reprocess of scrap Follow general and specific safety rules Fully participate in and support the Corvac Quality System Ability to train others as needed Other duties as assigned Requirements: Must be able to read, understand, and follow verbal and written work instructions Ability to stand, walk, bend, and twist for up to 10 hours and lift up to 50 lbs. Ability to work OT as needed 1st Shift - Monday-Friday (7am-3pm) 40 hours per week, OT as needed.
