About The Position

Facilitates end-to-end payment processing as it relates to oil, gas, and mineral leases, surface leases, and rights-of-way terms and obligations in order to maintain company assets.

Requirements

Two (2) years minimum lease/rental analysis experience, preferably with producing properties.
Working knowledge of new and changing technology, statutes, rules, regulations, and legislative issues affecting the oil and gas industry.
Ability to establish and effective working relationships with employees, supervisors, other departments, officials, and the public.
Ability to complete multiple, diverse tasks of differing priorities without close supervision.
Ability to perform tasks and achieve results with a high degree of accuracy and precision.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint).
Proficiency in oil and gas related land software.

Nice To Haves

Proficiency in Quorum.
Proficiency in SAP.

Responsibilities

Analyzes and interprets terms and conditions of oil and gas rentals relating to company’s assets.
Documents, monitors, and maintains necessary rental information and associated date sensitive obligations.
Identifies and reports actual rental holdings of company.
Reviews, monitors, and prepares Rental Recommendations for payment, taking appropriate action to maintain asset base.
Manages wire transfers and check runs with accuracy and strict adherence to payment terms.
Communicates with state and federal agencies regarding company assets.
Adheres to the company’s values – integrity, ownership, urgency, alignment and innovation.
Supports company vision and mission.
Adheres to established work schedule, attendance standards and is punctual to work and meetings.
Other duties as assigned by management.
