The Rentals Coordinator will help facilitate the planning and execution of the daily operations and sales of the rental center. This role involves developing and maintaining strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business, assessing and coordinating the proper rental equipment for customers, and processing all rental and sales contracts. The coordinator will also assist with inventory control, coordinate with the service department for equipment readiness, and perform other duties as assigned. A key aspect of the role is to persuasively articulate product benefits to customers, learn about the competition to enhance the rental center's service, and be willing to answer calls on a company-provided cell phone outside of working hours. Travel of up to 15% is also required.
