Rental Technician - N C Power Systems

About The Position
NC Power System is seeking technicians responsible for diagnosing and repairing their Rental Fleet, which primarily consists of CAT Generators, Air Compressors, and Ancillary Equipment. These repairs will be performed both in-house and at customer locations.
Requirements
- High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED).
- Minimum 1-year mechanical experience troubleshooting and/or servicing Diesel Equipment.
- Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record required.
- Knowledge and use of Microsoft Products or other comparable system.
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs safely.
- Positive, self-starter who enjoys working with others in a fast-paced environment to deliver consistent quality.
- Provide your own basic tools.
Nice To Haves
- Mechanical experience troubleshooting and/or servicing Diesel Equipment preferred.
Responsibilities
- Performing preventive maintenance and repairs on equipment (mainly generators and compressors).
- Communicating effectively with other technicians and customers.
- Completing necessary paperwork timely and accurately.
- Performing data entry and using relevant computer systems and software as directed.
