About The Position

Develop profitable new customer relationships, maintain and grow current business in the leasing and rental department. Manage a small fleet of commercial rental trucks focusing on utilization and profitability.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Related Field of study
  • Business to Business Sales Related Experience is a plus.
  • Demonstrate problem solving skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Possess a high degree of initiative and be self-motivated
  • Ability to create and maintain professional relationships within all levels of the organization (peers, work groups, customers, supervisors)
  • Ability to work independently and/or as a member of a team
  • Flexibility to operate and be self-driven to excel in a fast-paced environment
  • Capable of multi-tasking, highly organized, with excellent time management skills
  • Detail oriented with excellent follow-up practices

Responsibilities

  • Focus attention on new customers in the territory through regular communication and demonstrating a high level of service.
  • Educate and develop the prospect or customer's interests in Transource.
  • Maintain awareness of competitive offerings and products.
  • Develop & maintain a pipeline of prospects and new accounts through in person sales calls and prospecting via the telephone.
  • Develop sales plans, analyze the profitability of accounts, fully understanding the competitive influences and risks within each account.
  • Perform all other duties assigned by manager.
