About The Position

At SIXT, we are looking for talented individuals in customer service and sales to join our team. As a Rental Sales Agent, you will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, managing our fleet of vehicles, and handling various branch tasks. You will receive comprehensive training on our vehicles and benefit from flexible working hours and excellent development opportunities. This role offers an hourly rate of $15 with the potential for uncapped bonuses.

Requirements

• Proven upselling and closing skills, motivated by targets and customer interaction.
• Experience in direct customer contact, ideally in retail sales, service, tourism, or hospitality.
• Strong communication and articulation skills in English.
• Flexibility and team-oriented attitude.
• Willingness to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Valid US driver's license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, demonstrating friendliness, professionalism, and a passion for sales and service.
• Upsell vehicle upgrades, protection packages, and additional services to enhance the customer experience.
• Prepare rental agreements and manage customer inquiries efficiently and courteously.
• Meet and exceed sales goals.
• Maintain expert knowledge of the full SIXT fleet and all products.
