Rental Sales Agent (Dallas/Fort Worth Int. Airport)
About The Position

You'll ensure customer satisfaction while advising on and up-selling our fleet of vehicles to meet the customer's needs and driving the rental experience at the airport branch. Earn an hourly rate of $16.50 with the opportunity to earn uncapped bonuses, resulting in an average salary range from $2900 up to $15,000 with unlimited earning potential.
Requirements
- You are a proven sales talent with upselling and closing experience, motivated by targets and direct customer contact
- You bring valuable experience from sectors such as retail sales, hospitality sales, banking, B2B, or car rental, with a service-oriented mindset and a track record of building customer relationships
- You possess excellent verbal communication skills and enjoy direct customer interaction
- You are comfortable working in a commission-driven environment and thrive under pressure
- You are willing to work various shifts, including nights, weekends and public holidays, with a flexible approach to working hours
- You have a valid US driver's license with a clean driving record and are authorized to work in the US without requiring sponsorship
Responsibilities
- You are the first point of contact for our customers – friendly, professional and passionate about sales and service
- You pleasantly greet and guide all customers through the car rental process, building rapport and identifying needs from the first moment
- You prepare rental agreements and confidently upsell vehicle upgrades, protection packages, fuel options, and additional services to maximize every interaction
- You meet and exceed sales goals through successful upselling and cross-selling, motivated by performance-based earnings
- You handle customer inquiries with urgency and professionalism, always organized, service-oriented and with a smile
