About The Position
At SIXT, you'll ensure customer satisfaction, manage our fleet of vehicles, and take on various tasks at the branch. You will learn everything you need to know about our vehicles with us. Benefit from flexible working hours and great development opportunities. Earn an hourly rate of $17.25 with the opportunity to earn uncapped bonuses.
Requirements
- You love sales and have proven upselling and closing skills – motivated by targets and customer contact
- You have experience in direct customer contact, ideally in retail sales, service, tourism, or hospitality
- You are communicative and articulate in English
- You are flexible, team-oriented and bring full energy to shift work, including weekends and holidays – whether full-time or part-time
- You have a valid US driver's license with a clean driving record
Responsibilities
- You are the first point of contact for our customers – friendly, professional and passionate about sales and service
- You confidently upsell vehicle upgrades, protection packages, and additional services, turning every customer interaction into a special experience
- You prepare rental agreements and handle customer inquiries, organized, service-oriented and always with a smile
- You meet and exceed sales goals and maintain expert knowledge of the full SIXT fleet and all products
