About The Position

At SIXT, you'll ensure customer satisfaction, manage our fleet of vehicles, and take on various tasks at the branch. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, confidently upsell vehicle upgrades, protection packages, and additional services, turning every customer interaction into a special experience. You will prepare rental agreements and handle customer inquiries, organized, service-oriented and always with a smile. You will meet and exceed sales goals and maintain expert knowledge of the full SIXT fleet and all products.

Requirements

• Proven upselling and closing skills – motivated by targets and customer contact
• Experience in direct customer contact, ideally in retail sales, service, tourism, or hospitality
• Communicative and articulate in English
• Flexible, team-oriented and bring full energy to shift work, including weekends and holidays – whether full-time or part-time
• Valid US driver's license with a clean driving record
