About The Position
PlanOmatic delivers professional real estate photography and 3D tours to the single-family rental industry nationwide. We are seeking photographers with a strong portfolio and understanding of lighting and composition to capture high-quality photos and 3D tours of residential rental properties. This is a flexible, part-time freelance role with no client-facing pressure, where assignments typically take 30-60 minutes on-site. Photographers will upload their work through an app, and PlanOmatic's editing team handles post-production and client delivery.
Requirements
- Demonstrable photography experience (real estate, architectural, or interior photography strongly preferred).
- Portfolio or sample work submitted with application.
- Proficiency shooting in manual mode with off-camera flash.
- Comfortable working independently.
- DSLR or Mirrorless camera.
- Wide-angle lens (16mm full-frame / 10mm CMOS).
- Off-camera flash with diffuser.
- Tripod.
- Apple or Android device with memory card reader.
- Reliable vehicle & valid driver's license.
- Photographer's Liability Insurance.
Responsibilities
- Photograph residential rental properties, capturing high-quality photos and 3D tours.
- Upload work directly through the PlanOmatic app.
- Meet turnaround deadlines.
