About The Position
PlanOmatic is seeking a freelance Rental Property Photographer to capture high-quality photos and 3D tours of residential rental properties nationwide. This role is ideal for photographers looking for flexible, part-time work with no client-facing responsibilities. Assignments are typically straightforward and take 30-60 minutes on-site, with post-production and client delivery handled by PlanOmatic's editing team. The company emphasizes quality, consistency, and genuine relationships.
Requirements
- Demonstrable photography experience (real estate, architectural, or interior photography strongly preferred).
- Portfolio or sample work submitted with application.
- Proficiency shooting in manual mode with off-camera flash.
- Comfortable working independently and meeting turnaround deadlines.
- DSLR or Mirrorless camera.
- Wide-angle lens (16mm full-frame / 10mm CMOS).
- Off-camera flash with diffuser.
- Tripod.
- Apple or Android device with memory card reader.
- Reliable vehicle & valid driver's license.
- Photographer's Liability Insurance.
Responsibilities

- Upload work directly through the PlanOmatic app.
