About The Position
PurePM is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Rental Property Listing and Marketing Specialist to join our team. At PurePM, we are dedicated to creating a superior housing experience built on trust, value, and peace of mind for both property investors and residents. This role is crucial in communicating that value by showcasing our properties to their fullest potential. The successful candidate will be responsible for crafting compelling property listings and implementing effective marketing strategies to attract high-quality tenants. This is a Part-Time position based in United, West Virginia, United States.
Requirements
- Proven experience in digital marketing, copywriting, or a similar role, preferably within the property or real estate sector.
- Exceptional writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail and grammar.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
- Familiarity with online property listing platforms and social media marketing techniques.
- A proactive and creative approach to problem-solving and marketing challenges.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently.
- Proficiency in standard office software and digital marketing tools.
Responsibilities
- Write engaging, accurate, and persuasive property descriptions that highlight key features and benefits.
- Create, manage, and update property listings across various online portals and marketing channels.
- Develop and execute marketing plans for individual properties to minimise vacancy periods.
- Collaborate with property managers to gather all necessary information, including photos and property details.
- Conduct market analysis to ensure competitive pricing and effective positioning of rental listings.
- Monitor the performance of listings and adjust strategies as needed to improve visibility and enquiry rates.
- Ensure all marketing materials are professional, on-brand, and compliant with fair housing regulations.
