The Rental Owner Services (ROS) Administrator will serve as an effective intermediary between individual homeowners and Copper Mountain, providing responsible office duties. This role is responsible for the consistent delivery of outstanding service, expeditious follow-through, and high-quality communications with Copper Mountain homeowners, who are our customers, via our short-term rental management and/or property management programs. All tasks, decisions, and activities undertaken by the Administrator must be conducted within the framework of existing agreements with individual homeowners, focusing on maintaining a mutually beneficial relationship for all parties. Administrators are charged with being professional and effective "point people" offering support, resources, assistance, service, and communications to individual homeowners. They act as a liaison between homeowners (including individual owners and HOA Boards) and the multiple Copper Mountain departments, other internal resort operations, and external vendors involved in the property management and rental management services provided.
