About The Position

Bobcat of the Rockies is a full-service Bobcat dealership providing new and used compact equipment for sale and rental, genuine Bobcat parts, complete service, and decorative concrete products and supplies. We are seeking a Rental Manager at our Colorado Springs branch. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, has strong customer service skills, and enjoys working with construction equipment.

Good computer and systems knowledge.
Working knowledge of sales techniques and methodologies.
Must be able to pass a drug screen.

Experience with construction or ag equipment preferred.

Responsibilities

Handle all rental needs and inquiries (walk-in, phone, email).
Responsible for equipment rental.
Maintain availability and gross profit according to management guidelines.
Lead the Rental Department.
Handle proper documentation for all equipment leaving and returning from rental.
Maintain rental and demo files.
Responsible for the status of all rental equipment inventory assigned to the branch, including maintenance, condition, and fleet size.
Prepare rental equipment as needed (washing, greasing, checking fluids, checking operation).
Coordinate transportation of all new and rental equipment and maintain daily and weekly trucking schedules.
Assist in loading & unloading parts, supplies, and equipment (internally and for customers).
Assist with parts, supplies, and service customers as needed.
Perform other duties as assigned.
