The Ryder Rental Management Trainee program is an 18–24 month accelerated career development experience designed to build the next generation of Ryder leaders. This program is fast-paced and touches every aspect of the business unit. You’ll receive hands-on training across Finance, Operations, Human Resources, and Sales & Marketing — gaining the full toolkit you need to step into a leadership role with confidence. Over 18–24 months, you’ll build expertise across every core area of the business, including Finance (understanding P&L drivers), Operations (managing rental assets and vehicle PM standards), Sales & Marketing (driving revenue and lead generation), Human Resources (building, developing, and leading a team), Customer Relationship Management (resolving concerns and growing customer base), and Compliance & Regulatory (ensuring alignment with requirements).
