About The Position
Culver Academies is a private boarding school seeking a Summer Temporary Rental Maintenance Technician to perform work necessary to ensure Culver rental properties are well maintained both inside and out. This role involves inspecting, maintaining, repairing, altering, improving, and constructing rental homes, guest homes, and apartments. The technician will perform maintenance, make major or minor repairs, make improvements, and recommend items that need to be replaced. The commitment dates are approximately March through September.
Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED
- Valid Indiana driver's license with a good driving record
- Physical ability to meet job requirements including reaching with hands and arms, lifting and carrying a minimum of 50 lbs., climbing stairs, bending, stooping, and extensive walking.
Responsibilities
- Inspecting, maintaining, repairing, altering, improving, and constructing Culver rental properties (homes, guest homes, and apartments).
- Performing maintenance and making major or minor repairs.
- Making improvements to properties.
- Recommending items that need to be replaced.
