About The Position
The Summer Temporary Rental Maintenance Technician performs the work necessary to ensure Culver rental properties are well maintained both inside and out. Responsibilities include inspecting, maintaining, repairing, altering, improving, and constructing our rental homes, guest homes, and apartments. They will perform maintenance, make major or minor repairs, make improvements, and recommend items that need to be replaced.
Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED
- Valid Indiana driver's license with a good driving record
- Physical ability to reach with hands and arms, lift and carry a minimum of 50 lbs., climb stairs, bend, stoop, and walk extensively.
Responsibilities
- Inspecting, maintaining, repairing, altering, improving, and constructing rental homes, guest homes, and apartments.
- Performing maintenance and making major or minor repairs.
- Making improvements to properties.
- Recommending items that need to be replaced.
