About The Position

We’re hiring immediately for a full-time Rental Lot Attendant position at our airport locations. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working outdoors, staying active, and ensuring customers have a positive experience from arrival. The position requires a focus on organization, attention to detail, and supporting a fast-paced operation. In this behind-the-scenes role, you will help ensure vehicles are ready, available, and in the correct location for customers.

Requirements

Valid Driver’s License
Basic computer skills (typing, data entry)
Enjoyment of working outdoors and staying active
Flexibility to work all shifts
Must be able to stand, walk, and move throughout the rental lot for extended periods
Must be able to enter and exit vehicles for prolonged periods
Must be able to drive a variety of vehicles
Must be 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States
This position requires regular, on-site presence and cannot be performed remotely

Nice To Haves

6 months retail or customer service experience in a fast-paced environment is a bonus

Responsibilities

Inventory vehicles across airport rental lots.
Enter vehicle status and other information into a mobile handheld device.
Ensure cars are clean, available, and ready for customer rental.
Coordinate vehicle movement as needed.
Assist customers with questions.
Deliver professional and friendly customer service.
