About The Position

Avis Budget Group is seeking a Maintenance Lot Attendant to support daily fleet operations at their airport locations. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy staying active, working outdoors, and maintaining organization. The primary function is to ensure vehicles are in the correct locations, lots are well-organized, and customers have a smooth rental experience. The job involves hands-on work that directly contributes to vehicle readiness for customers.

Requirements

• Valid Driver’s License
• Willingness to work outdoors, near a mechanical shop with moderate noise levels, and drive vehicles in all weather conditions
• Flexibility to work all shifts
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
• Must continuously stand, walk, sit and kneel frequently
• Must be able to enter, exit, and drive a variety of vehicles in all weather conditions
• Must be 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States
• Regular, on-site presence is required; this position cannot be performed remotely.

Responsibilities

• Moving fleet vehicles efficiently within lots or between designated locations.
• Inventorying vehicles.
• Entering vehicle status into a handheld device.
• Keeping parking areas organized, safe, and tidy.
• Accurately tracking and positioning vehicles to support fleet readiness.
