About The Position

Avis Budget Group is immediately hiring a full-time Maintenance Lot Attendant. No prior experience is required. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy staying active, working outdoors, and keeping things organized. The attendant will support daily fleet operations at airport locations, ensuring vehicles are in the right place, lots are well organized, and customers have a smooth and efficient rental process. The primary responsibility involves moving fleet vehicles efficiently within lots or between designated locations, inventorying vehicles, entering vehicle status into a handheld device, and maintaining organized, safe, and tidy parking areas. Accurate tracking and positioning of vehicles are crucial for fleet readiness and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Valid Driver’s License
• Willingness to work outdoors, near a mechanical shop with moderate noise levels, and drive vehicles in all weather conditions
• Flexibility to work all shifts
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
• Continuously stand, walk, sit and kneel frequently
• Must be able to enter, exit, and drive a variety of vehicles in all weather conditions
• Must be 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States
• This position requires regular, on-site presence and cannot be performed remotely

Responsibilities

• Moving fleet vehicles efficiently within our lots or between designated locations as needed.
• Inventorying vehicles.
• Entering vehicle status into a handheld device.
• Keeping parking areas organized, safe, and tidy.
