The Rental Key Accounts Manager is responsible for managing and expanding key rental accounts, ensuring strong customer relationships and supporting the company’s vision of working as “One Professional Team.” This role involves managing and tracking business-related expenses, completing and submitting required reports on time, and maintaining strong communication with strategic accounts and the Regional Manager. The position requires conducting office and on-site sales calls, collaborating effectively with internal Wagner teams, and representing Wagner Rents professionally as a company ambassador. The manager will also be responsible for completing rental sales transactions to support revenue and profitability goals, actively quoting new and used allied equipment, and involving management on key customer relationship issues. Additionally, the role includes coordinating with equipment sales and rental reps on shared accounts and staying current on Wagner Rents product features and benefits. The manager will manage regional high-value accounts and pursue high-potential conquest accounts.
