About The Position

Rental Delivery Specialists are responsible for packaging and delivering winter gear to guest accommodations. Specialists generate sales through world-class guest service, assisting customers with rental equipment and providing our guests with gear and services for the ultimate outdoor experience. This role is part of a team that supports a 'one resort mentality', potentially working across multiple departments such as Mountain Activities, Retail, Rental operations, Food and Beverage Support, Ticket sales or scanning, Lift Operations, or Base Area Operations.

Requirements

Clean driving record and ability to drive in inclement weather
Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs
Ability to work a flexible schedule; including nights, holidays and weekends
Commitment to exceptional Customer Service
Maintain a working knowledge of products and trends within the industry
Ability to stand and move in an active, team-oriented environment for extended periods
Must be able to communicate fluently in English
At least 18 years of age

Responsibilities

Deliver/pickup winter gear at guests’ accommodation
Provide excellent guest service at one of our retail shops
Fit guests with equipment
Explain to guests how to operate rental equipment, safety practices, and guest responsibility for the equipment during the rental including length of rental and return options
Work together with teammates to maintain safety standard
May include other duties such as cashiering, retail sales
Other duties as assigned
