About The Position
Pape' Material Handling, a leading capital equipment dealer in the West, is seeking a motivated Rental Coordinator to join their team in Poulsbo, WA. This role is dynamic and multifaceted, serving as the primary customer contact for equipment rentals. The position involves managing inbound rental, service, and sales inquiries via phone and walk-in, providing excellent customer service, accurately processing orders, and meticulously recording daily activities for follow-up. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and possesses a positive attitude.
Requirements
- Excellent computer skills including Word, Excel, Outlook, and the ability to learn internal computer systems.
- Excellent communication and customer relations skills.
- Ability to thrive in a team environment.
- Extensive knowledge of the rental equipment industry.
Responsibilities
- Manage inbound rental, service, and sales by phone and walk-in business.
- Provide outstanding customer service.
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Record daily activity in detail to ensure timely follow-up on all future customer requests.
