About The Position

As a Rental Agent at Ron Tonkin Honda, you will manage the rental process for our customers, ensuring they have a seamless and enjoyable experience. Your primary responsibilities will include handling rental agreements, ensuring vehicle availability, and providing exceptional customer service.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficient in basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen

- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or rental services preferred
Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their rental needs
- Explain rental terms and conditions clearly and concisely
- Process rental agreements and ensure all necessary paperwork is completed accurately
- Coordinate vehicle availability and ensure vehicles are clean and ready for rental
- Handle customer inquiries, address concerns, and resolve any issues promptly and professionally
- Maintain accurate records of rental transactions and customer information
- Inspect rental vehicles upon return for any damages and process returns efficiently
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a smooth customer experience
- Stay up-to-date with company policies, rental procedures, and industry best practices
