As part of the Rental Contracts team, you will manage the entire lifecycle of rental contracts and associated activities, serving as the main point of contact for both internal and external customers. Your role involves meticulously checking and validating sales order data, entering order details into the computer system to determine delivery dates, and promptly confirming orders with customers. You will diligently monitor the sales order flow, manage exceptions, and collaborate with internal departments to resolve discrepancies. The role also includes continuous oversight of sales orders from creation to invoicing, generating monthly reports, creating approved product returns orders, processing credits and debits, and facilitating information exchange regarding delivery time changes.
