About The Position

As part of the Rental Contracts team, you will manage the entire lifecycle of rental contracts and associated activities, serving as the main point of contact for both internal and external customers. Your role involves meticulously checking and validating sales order data, entering order details into the computer system to determine delivery dates, and promptly confirming orders with customers. You will diligently monitor the sales order flow, manage exceptions, and collaborate with internal departments to resolve discrepancies. The role also includes continuous oversight of sales orders from creation to invoicing, generating monthly reports, creating approved product returns orders, processing credits and debits, and facilitating information exchange regarding delivery time changes.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in Customer Service, Continuous Improvement Initiatives and/or other business related processes.
  • Telephone communication skills.
  • Customer problem resolution experience.
  • Proven ability to solve non-routine product, pricing, and shipping issues as they relate to current products and customer contract issues.
  • Strong Microsoft Office experience.
  • Familiarity with SAP.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to successfully perform minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation.

Responsibilities

  • Provide prompt confirmation of the order to the customer, communicating the confirmed delivery date.
  • Monitor the sales order flow, focusing on managing and promptly addressing any exceptions.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to resolve discrepancies or uncertainties.
  • Maintain continuous oversight of sales orders from creation to delivery and invoicing.
  • Generate comprehensive monthly reports on order receipt.
  • Create approved product returns orders.
  • Process credits and debits.
  • Facilitate the exchange of information with internal stakeholders regarding changes or updates to delivery times.
