About The Position

Managed Labor Solutions (MLS), a leading nationwide rental car outsourcing company, is seeking a Rental Car Shift Supervisor for its airport location. This role involves leading a team to achieve daily tasks and performance standards, training new hires, providing excellent customer service, and upholding company safety policies and values. The supervisor will work with minimal supervision, manage time effectively, and report on performance targets. Adaptability to changing schedules and other job-related duties are also part of the role.

Requirements

Valid driver's license (non CDL)
21 years of age or older
HS Diploma or GED
Minimum 1 to 2 years of previous supervisory experience
Experience driving a variety of vehicles
Flexible with schedule to work night, weekends and holidays as needed
