About The Position

Managed Labor Solutions (MLS), a leading nationwide rental car outsourcing company, is looking for the next great leader as a Rental Car Shift Supervisor at our airport location. This role involves leading a team to ensure daily tasks are completed and performance standards are met, providing training to new hires, and delivering excellent customer service. The position requires adherence to company safety policies and values, working with minimal supervision, and managing operational reports.

Requirements

Valid driver's license (non CDL)
A clean driving record is great but not required
21 years of age or older
HS Diploma or GED
Minimum 1 to 2 years of previous supervisory experience
Have experience driving a variety of vehicles
Flexible with schedule to work night, weekends and holidays as needed

Responsibilities

Lead your team to ensure they complete daily tasks and are meeting performance standard levels
Provide training to new hires providing the necessary tools and information to foster success
Provide amazing service and professionalism to our customers
Follow all company safety policies and procedures and help drive a safety focus
Represent the company values, vision and culture to all associates
Work under minimal supervision and have excellent time management skills
Follow direction of Management and able to reach, stretch, bend and sit for long periods at a time
Provide needed reports on performance targets and maintain the operation
Able to adapt to changing schedules and perform other job-related duties as required
