About The Position
Kendall Auto Group is seeking a Car Rental Clerk to join their team at Budget Car Rental. This is a fast-paced environment serving clients throughout the community. The position is available as full-time or part-time with available schedules including Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday from 6am-4pm and 4pm-2am. The role involves understanding customer vehicle needs, managing reservations, verifying customer information, preparing vehicles for pickup, maintaining customer data, and processing rental payments. Kendall Auto Group is a family-owned company with dealerships across several states, emphasizing customer experience and community stewardship.
Requirements
- Capacity to operate a wide variety of vehicles including cars, trucks, and vans, including hybrid models
- Good driving record
- Valid driver license
Responsibilities
- Determine customer vehicle needs by speaking directly with customers or working with the service advisor
- Maintain a reservation schedule
- Verify all customer information needed to obtain a rental
- Prepare vehicles for customer pick up
- Maintain customer information within our system
- Receipt payments for rental vehicles
