About The Position

Kendall Auto Group is one of the largest family owned and operated dealers in Alaska and premier employer in Fairbanks. We are looking for a Car Rental Clerk to join our Budget Car Rental team. This is a fast-paced environment serving clients coming and going from the airport.

Requirements

• Excellent phone skills
• A positive attitude
• Enjoy talking with people
• Computer proficiency is required
• A willingness to learn in a multi-tasked work environment
• A valid driver license with an acceptable driving record is required

Nice To Haves

• General automobile knowledge is preferred

Responsibilities

• Determining customer needs by speaking directly with customers
• Maintaining a reservation schedule
• Verifying all customers information needed to obtain a rental
• Prepare vehicles for customer pick up
• Maintain customer information within our system
• Receipting payments for rental vehicles
