Requirements

  • Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or automotive industry preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency with computer systems and scheduling software
  • Ability to lead, problem-solve, and stay calm under pressure
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations of the rental car department
  • Manage vehicle inventory, availability, and scheduling
  • Ensure vehicles are clean, maintained, and ready for customers
  • Coordinate reservations, check-ins, and check-outs
  • Monitor rental agreements, billing, and compliance requirements
  • Handle customer inquiries, issues, and escalations professionally
  • Provide exceptional customer service in person, over the phone, and online
  • Assist customers with service appointments, vehicle inquiries, and follow-ups
  • Address and resolve customer concerns with professionalism and empathy
  • Maintain accurate customer records and communication logs
  • Support dealership staff in delivering a seamless customer experience
