About The Position

We’re looking for a dependable, organized, and customer-focused Rental Car Coordinator to join our busy Chevrolet dealership team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys helping people, managing schedules, and keeping operations running smoothly in a fast-paced automotive environment. As a Rental Car Coordinator, you’ll oversee the daily operation of our service loaner and rental vehicle program. You’ll work closely with service advisors, customers, and dealership staff to ensure customers receive a seamless experience while their vehicles are being serviced.

Requirements

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Excellent organization and multitasking abilities
• Basic computer proficiency
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Ability to work in a fast-paced dealership environment

Nice To Haves

• Previous automotive, rental, or customer service experience preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule rental/loaner vehicles for service customers
• Check vehicles in and out, documenting condition and mileage
• Maintain accurate rental agreements and customer records
• Ensure vehicles are clean, fueled, and ready for use
• Monitor fleet availability and vehicle maintenance needs
• Verify insurance and driver eligibility requirements
• Communicate with service advisors regarding customer transportation needs
• Handle customer questions professionally and efficiently
• Assist with billing, payments, and daily reporting
