About The Position

The Rental Car Associate is responsible for managing and coordinating the leasing of rental cars to customers. This role involves ensuring the correct presentation of rental forms, finalization of bills, and making customer reservations. The associate will also supervise the maintenance, cleaning, and gassing of the rental fleet, including shop rentals, and handle ESP, service rentals, and body shop rentals. Additionally, the role requires responsibility for collecting credit extended to rental customers and managing inventory control of rental vehicles.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information
• Must have a valid drivers license
• Excellent communication skills

Responsibilities

• Ensure correct presentation of rental forms and finalization of bills
