Rental Car Associate - AutoNation Ford Littleton
About The Position
The Rental Car Associate is responsible for managing and coordinating the leasing of rental cars to customers. This role involves ensuring the correct presentation and finalization of rental forms and bills, making customer reservations, and supervising the maintenance, cleaning, and gassing of the rental fleet. The associate will also handle specific rental types such as ESP, service rentals, and body shop rentals, and be responsible for collecting credit from rental customers as notified by accounts receivable. Additionally, inventory control of rental vehicles is a key part of the role.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information
- Must have a valid drivers license
- Excellent communication skills

Responsibilities
- Ensure correct presentation of rental forms and finalization of bills
- Make customer reservations
