As a Rental and Used Coordinator, you will coordinate all aspects of rental and used equipment. This includes creating and maintaining contracts, locating equipment, ensuring equipment readiness, coordinating preparation, inspection, repairs, and transportation. You will also ensure that maintenance is scheduled and performed as promised. The role involves managing the customer experience from accepting and negotiating requests, establishing credit, and invoicing. Collaboration across the sales, rental, used, service, and parts departments is a daily expectation.
