About The Position

Atkins Kroll is looking for a customer-focused and driven Rental Agent to join our Avis, Budget, Payless Rental team. In this role, you will deliver exceptional customer service while helping customers find the best rental solutions for their needs. You’ll be the face of our rental operation—guiding customers through the rental process, promoting value-added services, and ensuring a smooth and professional experience from start to finish.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Valid Saipan Driver’s License required
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Sales-oriented mindset with ability to recommend products and services
• Professional, friendly, and service-focused
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Comfortable handling cash and processing transactions
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented

Responsibilities

• Prepare and process rental agreements and required documentation
• Greet customers and provide outstanding customer service
• Educate customers on rental options, vehicle features, and add-on services
• Conduct vehicle inspections with customers before and after rental
• Collect payments, deposits, and issue receipts accurately
• Manage reservations and update rental system records
• Balance daily transactions and prepare end-of-shift reports
• Follow up on overdue rentals and coordinate extensions
• Answer phone calls and assist customers with inquiries
• Maintain organized records and a professional workspace
• Assist with reports and administrative tasks as needed
