About The Position
Porsche of Beverly Hills is seeking a Rental Agent to join their team. The Rental Agent will be responsible for quoting rental car costs, preparing rental contracts, explaining policies, reviewing charges upon vehicle return, and assessing damage. This role also involves providing excellent customer service, including offering assistance with directions and local information. The position is performance-driven and offers opportunities for incentives based on individual performance metrics.
Requirements

- Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence
- High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required.
Responsibilities
- Quotes cost of rental car, based on rates, estimated mileage, and the requested insurance coverage.
- Prepare all rental contracts and return documents accurately and completely.
- Explains all policies and procedures.
- Offer assistance with directions, maps, local area information, appropriate service information, etc.
- Review all charges at the time of vehicle return.
- Check vehicle upon return to assess any damage charges.
- Other customer service-related duties as required, to ensure the best quality customer experience.
