About The Position

Responsible for managing the branch rental fleet through equipment allocations. This role involves training branch rental support staff, conducting inventory, and monitoring rental and customer property items. The position requires a Bachelor's degree and 1-2 years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Key skills include knowledge of wellhead and gate valves, assembly skills, advanced computer, language, mathematical, and reasoning abilities. The role supervises staff within the rental/customer property department and ensures smooth day-to-day operations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university and one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Ability to train and supervise rental shop support associates.

  • Ability to participate in branch inventory counts (both annual and cycle).
  • Ability to finalize invoices on rental repairs.
  • Ability to monitor contracts for accuracy of pricing and equipment.
  • Ability to generate sales orders in sl8 with proper pricing.
  • Ability to monitor reports for utilization and payback.
  • Ability to supervise staff within the rental/customer property department.
  • Ability to ensure equipment within the rental department is stored and organized for smooth operations.
