About The Position

This is a Multifamily Corporate level position with a home office. The position may be based in Arizona, Texas or Georgia, with potential flexibility for other locations. The role involves managing rent revenue processes, including charges, adjustments, concessions, and rent changes, as well as implementing approved annual rent increases and schedule updates. It also requires maintaining communication with Regional and Property Managers and participating in training, staff meetings, and professional development.

Requirements

• Three years Rent Revenue Management experience with Yardi is required.
• Strong expertise in Yardi, including rent revenue modules and Rent Café.
• 3+ years in Rent Revenue management.
• Supervisory experience is required.

• College Degree or CPM Preferred

Responsibilities
