Requirements
- Experience in remodeling/restoration/construction or other related trades
- Experience serving commercial and residential properties
- Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record
- High school diploma/GED
Responsibilities
- Restore homes and businesses following weather-related damage, fire, or other cause
- Create excellent customer experiences while also achieving profitability
- Follow all safety, vehicle, and equipment standards
- Maintain clean, organized, professional job sites
- Communicate openly with teammates and leadership
- Remain coachable and committed to continuous learning
