Requirements

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (advanced proficiency is preferred)
• Customer service-focused mindset
• Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
• Excellent organizational skills
• High school degree or equivalent
• Desire to keep growing and to go the extra mile
• Ability to pass a Background Check and Drug Screening

Responsibilities

• Prepare timely monthly, semi-annual, and annual documents.
• Ensure all report templates are updated with the newest information.
• Post documents to a secure website.
• Prepare customer healthcare expenditure reviews.
• Submit annual customer renewal reports to reinsurance carriers.
• Maintain clerical excellence.
