About The Position

Join the TECO-Westinghouse Team TECO-Westinghouse Motor Company is seeking a highly organized Renewal Parts Specialist to support our aftermarket and renewal parts operations. In this role, you'll coordinate customer orders from start to finish, work closely with cross-functional teams, and ensure all contractual requirements are met while delivering an exceptional customer experience. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 0–2 years of experience in contracts administration, customer service, order management, operations, or a related business function.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
  • Ability to coordinate multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in manufacturing, industrial equipment, or aftermarket parts is a plus.
  • Experience with ERP systems such as SAP is preferred.
  • Contract administration or order management experience.
  • Knowledge of production scheduling and manufacturing processes.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with Engineering, Production, Finance, Quality, and Sales teams.
  • Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage renewal parts orders from receipt through shipment.
  • Process customer orders following established company procedures.
  • Gather and verify all information required to complete shop orders.
  • Coordinate with Engineering, Production Planning, Quality, Accounting, and Sales to ensure timely order fulfillment.
  • Review and process customer change requests, pricing updates, and delivery schedules.
  • Monitor order status and communicate shipping dates and schedule changes to customers and Field Sales.
  • Coordinate production reschedules and maintain accurate order documentation.
  • Prepare all required shipping and contract documentation prior to shipment.
  • Meet with customers, inspectors, and field representatives as needed.
  • Maintain accurate shipping information and approvals.
  • Support inventory and renewal parts documentation for TECO-Westinghouse motors.
  • Assist in training new team members as the department grows.
  • Participate in an on-call rotation outside normal business hours as required.
  • Maintain compliance with company safety, quality, and ISO 9001 standards.
