Their work encompasses developing and building scalable wind (onshore and offshore), solar, storage (battery and pumped storage hydro), smart EV charging, microgrids, green hydrogen, and transmission projects. They also focus on maximizing performance and profitability through skilled operations and maintenance and innovative asset optimization, delivering expert solutions along the entire value chain—from origination to commercial operation. This position seeks dedicated and talented individuals for roles ranging from entry-level Technician 1 to expert Technician 5 to perform maintenance, repair, and operational activities on utility-scale renewable energy assets, including wind turbines, Photovoltaic (PV) power systems, and Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS). Candidates will be placed at a level commensurate with their experience, qualifications, and successful completion of internal competency standards. A mandatory 3-4 week training and certification course will be provided at the start of employment in Albert Lea, MN, with travel, accommodation, and expenses covered. This position is onsite at the King Creek 1 and 2 sites located in Throckmorton, Texas.
