Requirements

  • Strong communication skills with a confident, positive attitude
  • Self-motivated, reliable, and eager to learn
  • Coachable and growth-minded
  • Full-time availability (Monday–Friday, 11 AM–8 PM)
  • Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S.

Nice To Haves

  • Sales or customer service experience is a plus (full training provided)

Responsibilities

  • Connect with homeowners and start real, straightforward conversations about renewable energy
  • Explain the benefits in a clear, simple way so customers understand the value for their home and community
  • Walk customers through a smooth, accurate enrollment process with professionalism and attention to detail
  • Build your skills daily through hands-on experience, training, and ongoing coaching
  • Set goals, stay consistent, and work toward hitting and exceeding targets
  • Represent Mpower with confidence and professionalism while growing into leadership opportunities
