About The Position
This position is responsible for operating and monitoring rendering systems, including valves, pumps, and tank levels. Key duties involve ensuring food safety and quality, maintaining cleanliness, and adhering to safety protocols. The role requires the ability to lift 70+ lbs, stand for extended periods, and work any shift (A, B, or C). Previous experience is preferred, but training is available for candidates with a good work history.

Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor rendering systems, including valves, pumps, and tank levels.
- Perform lockout/tagout procedures.
- Disassemble and re-assemble equipment.
- Take product samples.
- Track, read, and create reports manually or via computer.
- Ensure food safety and quality.
- Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping standards.
- Maintain a safe work environment.
- Lift 70+ lbs.
- Stand for extended periods.
- Climb ladders to measure materials in high areas.
- Adhere to all safety protocols.
- Work any shift (A, B, or C).
